Role Overview:
We are hiring a Junior Sales Representative to generate leads and support the sales process. This role is 100% commission-based with a competitive rate of $75 per verified lead. You'll be responsible for cold calling, qualifying prospects, and passing on quality leads to our senior team. No previous experience required — just the right attitude, drive, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 120 cold calls daily to prospective clients
Generate a minimum of 2 verified leads per day
Accurately record lead information in our CRM
Schedule appointments for senior sales staff
Perform follow-ups with potential clients
Contribute to overall sales performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive, go-getter attitude
Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on goals
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced company
