*Job Description:*
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at 12 Royal Vista Way NE, Calgary. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Run POS system and manage sales transactions
- Hire, train, and schedule team members to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and control food cost, inventory, and service time
- Ensure proper Domino's standards, policies, and procedures are followed
- Maintain high levels of *store cleanliness*, adhering to Domino's sanitation and safety standards
- Ensure *food quality* meets Domino's high standards, including preparation, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

*Requirements:*

- 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
