The job?
As a Tech Support Agent, you'll be the go-to expert for solving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations of our solar systems. From troubleshooting alarms on our solar service portal to assisting customers and installers with inquiries, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running efficiently. You'll also conduct site visits when needed, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is seamless and professional.

Who are we looking for?
- Tech-savvy individuals with experience in Wi-Fi/cat5 and internet diagnosis (IT experience is a bonus!).
- Excellent communicators who can effectively assist customers and work well with teams.
- Detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in dynamic environments.
- Individuals who can safely work on rooftops, attics, or outdoor settings.
- Drone operation skills are a plus but not required.

The nitty-gritty:
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
- Previous solar or site audit experience is preferred but not mandatory—we'll train you!
- Valid driver's license (clean driver's abstract if using a company vehicle).
- Comfortable working in various environments (hot sun, cold weather, rooftops, etc.).
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and safely use tools/equipment as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
