The job?
- Install solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties, including electrical wiring, mounting of
inverters and panels
- Conduct site assessments to ensure suitability for solar panel installation
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems and perform necessary grounding
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed solar energy systems

Who are we looking for? ️
- Energetic communicators who love talking to people
- Being able to ensure wiring, connections, and installations meet safety standards.
- Team players who want to learn from the best in the biz
- Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

The nitty-gritty:
- Must have a minimum of a High School Degree.
- Must have 5 years of electrical experience as a Journeyman. For Apprentices, we are open to experience!
- Previous Solar experience is a preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
