Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating various machining tools and equipment. This role is essential for producing precision parts and components that meet our high-quality standards. The Machinist will work closely with customers and other team members to ensure that all specifications are met, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Duties

Operate Haas TL-2 lathe machine to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining requirements.
Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance, including programming CNC machines.
Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Implement manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the machining process.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.
Experience

Proven experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various machining equipment.
Proficiency in programming Haas TL-2 CNC Lathe is highly desirable.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively.
Experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers is essential.
