Female personal trainer with 10 years of 1-on-1 and group training experience. I've worked with clients from all walks of life: seniors, youth, married couples, athletes, business professionals, new mothers, etc.

I've helped many clients get out of pain due to past injuries or years of immobility and step into a new life! I've successfully corrected those with terrible posture (kyphosis) from years of sitting at a desk through resistance training. I've assisted in the advanced training of athletes looking to compete in Ironman races and other competitions. I've helped new mothers regain their strength and confidence. I've assisted seniors in regaining lost muscle mass and finding new energy they haven't had in years!

I use techniques and exercises often used by physiotherapists to help correct movement patterns. I will teach you how to move your body so you're strong in and outside of the gym; the majority of injuries occur during day-to-day life which are often the result of poor movement patterns and lack of core bracing. My goal is to help you connect with your body in a healthy and positive way, while achieving your personal fitness and lifestyle goals!

The best part is- I come to you! I've worked extensively in 'big-box' and boutique gyms, but now I've transitioned fully to in-home training. I have my own equipment to get you started, but we will also utilize any equipment you have at home! I am based in Kanata, but I often see clients as far as the Glebe and Centretown areas.
