We are looking for an Office Admin/Receptionist to join our team who is a confident, personable, self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
This person has strong attention to detail and great organizational skills. They are able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate anticipates the needs of our technicians and proactively addresses them.
They play a crucial role in facilitating workflow, preparing invoicing and managing administrative projects as assigned. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The Office Admin/Receptionist will perform various administrative duties that assist other members of our team.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting visitors and guests both in person and on the phone; keeping accurate database, inventory and invoicing records; creating the calendar and various schedules; and assisting with upkeep and cleanliness of the office.
Position Requirements:
• Cover letter and updated resume
• Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role OR related formal education (certificate, diploma, degree or designation). For the right candidate we are willing to train.
• Customer service experience preferred
• A valid Driver's License
• 2 applicable employment/volunteer references and 1 character reference
