As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• General administrative duties including, but not limited to: reception, filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing and mailing.
• Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables
• Microsoft Office suite experience is an asset, in order to review correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance, prepare letters and file management with firm standards and branding
• Preparation of letters and forms using firm templates in compliance with Firm standards
• Proof-read, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
• Scan documents and embed in electronic file
• Welcome clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Participate in training
• Provide billing support using electronic billing systems
• Organize information and maintain database
• Coordinating meetings, room bookings
