Full time Service Co-ordinator/Office administrator needed

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to fill the position of Service Co-ordinator/administrator . The role of Service Co-ordinator/administrator is a pivotal roll ensuring that our technician get to where they need to be with everything they require for the job. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude and have good communication skills.
Duties would include:
• Answering phone calls and handle client queries.
• Communicating with the monitoring station to take systems off/online as required.
• Review monitored accounts to ensure daily signal are received.
• Schedule jobs for technicians using Loc8, and maintain contact with technicians throughout the day.
• Ensure service orders are handed in daily by technicians.
• Prepare all monitoring and service invoices, and track AR.
• Maintain up to date, client information, and filing.
• General administrative duties.

Qualifications:
• Highschool diploma and post secondary education in office administration.
• 3 years experience in and administrative roll or relevant experience.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS outlook, office and excel.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks is an asset.
