A friendly face and a helping hand can make someone’s day. At Overall Independence, we’re looking for a dependable, compassionate driver to help our clients get where they need to go safely and comfortably.
We provide wheelchair-accessible transportation throughout the surrounding communities and beyond. You’ll drive company-provided vehicles and help every passenger feel welcome, supported, and respected.
What you’ll do:
• Safely transport clients to their scheduled destinations.
• Assist passengers as they enter and exit the vehicle.
• Operate accessibility equipment and secure mobility devices following training.
• Stay in touch with our scheduling team.
• Complete vehicle safety checks, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain trip notes.

What you’ll bring:
• A full Ontario G driver’s licence with at least five years of clean driving history.
• A Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
• A patient, caring approach and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
• The ability to perform duties involving lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• A willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of our team.
Experience in transportation, caregiving, or customer service is an asset, but isn’t required.
Hours: Based on your availability and community needs.
Specific availability requirements will be discussed during hiring.
