Full-Time Position | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Agent to join our team!

If you enjoy meeting people, communicating with businesses, and building professional relationships, this could be the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to introduce our company and staffing services.
* Follow up with potential clients by phone and email.
* Visit local businesses to promote our staffing services.
* Conduct door-to-door business marketing approximately 2–3 days per week.
* Connect with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
* Identify potential clients in manufacturing, warehousing, production, and distribution.
* Maintain contact records and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident making cold calls and approaching businesses.
* Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
* Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
* Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an asset.
* Staffing industry experience is an advantage.

Work Details

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
* Location: Steeles Avenue West & Hurontario Street, Mississauga.
* Business Visits: Across assigned areas of the GTA and surrounding regions.
* Transportation: Generally arranged by the company for business visits.
* Payment: Cash or cheque.
