DRIVER & FIELD OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED | FULL-TIME / PART-TIME
Daily Work Available – Toronto & GTA
We're a growing contracting company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivate individual to join our team as a Driver & Field Operations Assistant.
As a contractor, I spend a significant amount of time driving across the city, coordinating employees, picking up and dropping off crew members, and handling business errands. I'm looking for someone dependable who can take over these responsibilities so I can focus on managing projects, meeting customers, and growing the company.
This is more than just a driving position. You'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick up and transport crew members to job sites.
- Collect workers at the end of the workday.
- Transport employees between job sites as needed.
- Drive around Toronto and the GTA posting advertising signs and promotional billboards.
- Deliver invoices, estimates, contracts, and important paperwork to customers.
- Handle business errands, document deliveries, and general field tasks.
- Assist with coordinating daily field operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- Valid driver's licence and good driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good knowledge of Toronto and the GTA.
- Organized and capable of working independently.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- Flexible availability.
