Titles:

• 1140216 Keystone Sluice: 1 cell, 20.14 ha, application
• 1140217 Keystone Bench: 1 cell, 20.14 ha, application
All three titles are still in application and are not yet issued.
Location: alpine ground east of Keystone Peak, above Standard Creek, about 49 km north of Revelstoke.
Approx. claim centres: Keystone Peak 51.4538, -118.2789; Keystone Sluice 51.4479, -118.2918; Keystone Bench 51.4437, -118.2730
Access: there is no road to the showings. Access is by helicopter from Revelstoke. An ATV track does not reach the showings. Snow lingers into late summer.
Geology: there is no MINFILE occurrence on the claims. The rocks are dolostone, marble, phyllite and schist of the Kootenay Arc. At the west showings, galena and sphalerite occur in thin quartz veinlets in dolostone, and on the ridge a galena-sphalerite layer about 50 cm thick lies in limestone. The east showings have the same style of veinlets, plus a flat-lying zone about 2 m wide (oriented 120/05) of semi-massive pyrite and galena replacing marble. Silver-bearing lead-zinc mineralization is reported at both showings (AR 42530; AR 40790).
Price and terms: $85,000 CAD cash for all three titles. Requests are handled in the order received. Because the titles are still in application they can't be transferred yet, so no deposit is taken and no transaction takes place until they are issued. Once all three are issued, they transfer by the standard Mineral Titles Online transfer.
Mineral rights only. A BC Free Miner Certificate is needed to hold a mineral claim.
