ONKAR TRANSPORT is seeking an experienced and reliable Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing loads, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

Job Responsibilities

Operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment coordinating between drivers, customers, and customs.
Handle escalated issues (e.g., severe weather delays, equipment breakdowns, emergencies, or major client complaints) with minimal supervision.
Utilize Samsara tracking systems to route personnel, manage workloads, and maximize efficiency.

Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure strict compliance with safety and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

3 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience.

Proficiency in XPERT IT, GPS routing software, and MS Office suite.


Exceptional multitasking, crisis management, and the ability to supervise and lead teams while working independently.
