Ya'llllll!! This apartment is available NOV. 1st for $1,745/month! Hydro is additional, as well as tenant insurance (required set up before you receive keys).

It's truly such a lovely apartment with lots of natural light, great location (66 Liverpool St.), and all the amenities one would need. Just a 3-5 minute walk away from the library, Marketfresh, transit and the Guelph downtown core, as well as trails and parks.

Call or text Lorrie @ (226) 979-3916 to set up a viewing or have the application sent to you. They do accept individuals on ODSP/COHB, they ask for references, last month paid upon signing lease agreement, first month paid upon receiving the keys on your move-in date.
