Type of Employment: Full time – Seasonal (9-month contract)

Job duties:
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
Install exterior prefabricated products
Install interior prefabricated products
Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
Repair and service interior prefabricated products
Determine layout and installation procedures
Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Utilize hand and power tools
Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
Document and prepare invoices and work orders
Provide professional customer service
Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators and compacting tools
Supervise other workers
Requirements:
-Education: Some high school is required.
-Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field is required.
-A valid driver’s license is a strong asset.
-Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Repetitive Tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Manual dexterity, Ability to distinguish between colours, Standing for extended periods, Large workload.
-Personal Suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Initiative, Judgement, Team player, Flexibility, Efficient interpersonal skills, Reliability, Values and ethics, Accurate, Dependability, Organized.
-Work Site Environment: Outdoors, At heights, Cold/refrigerated, Dangerous, Hot

Wage: $38.00 per hour. 32.5 – 40 Hours per week.
Benefits: Performance Bonus. Transportation among work locations provided by the employer.

Important Information: The regular work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility with the schedule is required depending on the business needs. Weekend work and overtime may be required.
