Responsibilities are as follows;
• working line cook that will help run and operate all areas of the kitchen.
• ensures the quality and consistency of food served and ultimately that all customers have a pleasant dining experience.
• ensures the kitchen is clean at the beginning during and end of each shift.
• Weekly/daily food orders
• Inventory
REQUIRMENTS:
• minimum 1 to 2 years of operation experience and a high-volume kitchen
• Food safe certified.
• Experience with projection and management of food cost labor variable cost and pars.
• - Good communicator with the ability to build relationships
• -Strong problem solver.
• -Works well in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
• -Loves a challenge.
• - Is open to coaching and has a good sense of humor
We are basically looking for a good person who can cook and have fun.
Only those with positive attitudes who don’t like to bounce around need apply.
