Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Technician to join our Calgary office. This opportunity is ideal for recent Information Technology graduates looking to gain practical Canadian work experience in IT support, troubleshooting, software applications, and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to customers and internal staff.
Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Assist customers with software setup, installation, and configuration.
Handle technical inquiries through phone, email, and remote support.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
Support daily IT operations and system maintenance activities.
Coordinate with senior technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Learn and work with new technologies, software applications, and IT systems.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Fluency in both Punjabi or Hindi is mandatory due to communication requirements with our customer base.
Good English communication skills.
Must have valid authorization to work in Canada, including an applicable work permit.
Basic understanding of Windows, computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
No prior work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
