Trans Pro Logistics (Dhanoa Trans Inc.) is hiring experienced AZ drivers for long-haul cross-border runs between Canada and the USA. We are a growing dry van carrier based in Ayr, Ontario with a modern fleet and steady freight all year round.

JOB DETAILS
- Long-haul cross-border trips: Ontario to California, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington and other US lanes
- Dry van freight – no touch freight, no hand-bombing
- Solo and team positions available
- Trips are usually 1 to 2 weeks, home time between trips
- Well-maintained trucks with ELD
- Dispatch support available 24/7

PAY STRUCTURE
- Solo drivers: $0.54 – $0.60 per mile (based on lane and experience)
- Team drivers: $0.30 per mile per driver
- Miles paid on Google Maps practical route (shortest point-to-point)
- Layover: $50 per day
- Extra pick-up / drop: $35 each
- Local / city work: $24 per hour
- Border crossing fees and parking reimbursed
- Incorporated drivers welcome – 13% HST paid on mileage
- Regular pay periods with detailed trip settlements

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Ontario AZ licence
- Minimum 6 months of AZ driving experience (cross-border preferred)
- Valid passport and FAST card (or eligible to obtain)
- Clean driving abstract and CVOR
- Able to cross the US border with no restrictions
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
