Before choosing flooring, lighting, or furniture, have you decided how your basement should function?

Basement finishing involves more than making an unfinished area look attractive. The layout, intended use, lighting, storage, and technical requirements all deserve consideration.

At OIS Designs, we help homeowners explore basement design concepts and establish priorities before renovation work begins.

Your basement could be planned around:
• Family entertainment and relaxation
• A dedicated home office
• Guest accommodation
• A hobby or recreation room
• A potential rental-suite concept, subject to applicable requirements

The best starting point is a clear understanding of how you want to use the space.
Tell us your basement goals. We can discuss the design possibilities and the questions to consider before moving forward.
