Here is the description on this stick from Bauer "Product Overview - Strike from the shadows. Inspired by the performance formula of its predecessor, PROTO2 features an elite mid-kick construction that will keep goaltenders up at night. This enhanced design allows you to lean into your shot while helping deliver the control you need to fire the puck with precision. Combine that with an upgraded blade that helps you stickhandle in high-danger areas, and you’ll be public enemy number one on every opponent’s scouting report.

Dial In Your Shot
This mid-kick design optimizes your flex profile for an explosive shot that doesn’t sacrifice accuracy — delivering unrivaled velocity and precision at any range.

Feel the Game on Your Stick
The new PROTO2 blade core is lighter than its predecessor to improve puck feel while still producing the pop players love.

Light to the Touch
An optimized balance point makes this stick seem lighter than what the scales say, giving you more control while handling pucks and stick-checking defenders.

Embrace the Element
Exclusive to Bauer Hockey, ultra-lightweight and rigid boron fiber material creates a high strength-to-weight ratio, optimizes energy storage, and increases reactivity. Featured on 40-flex sticks and above.

Dark Mode
This dark graphic delivers a unique and striking look that will keep all eyes on you throughout the game."
