Ridgesafe Renovations is looking for an experienced bathroom renovation specialist. We have a 2-bathroom project to start, with ongoing work across the GTA for the right person.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Full bathroom renovations from demo to final finish
- Shower waterproofing systems (Schluter Kerdi, membrane, or equivalent) and curbless/walk-in showers
- Large-format tile, niches, mitred edges, and clean layout on floors and walls
- Framing, backer board, drywall repairs, and prep for vanities, glass, and fixtures
- Communicating directly with the supervisor on progress, materials, and any issues
- Keeping a clean, protected job site in occupied homes

What we need from you:

- 5 years hands-on bathroom renovation experience, with a portfolio to prove it
- Ability to run a bathroom start to finish without supervision
- Own tools (wet saw, levelling system, mixers, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle and valid G licence
- Professional with homeowners: on time, tidy, good communicator
