Mature male renter (single male; 51 years of age; mature student - returning to school/second semester/earliest February, 2026) with 30 years experience renting-independently is looking for an available suite for a mid-November (November 15th, 2026) move-in date.

Present Landlord (private property owner) where I have resided/rented during past-year is rennovating and wants to sell house.

Current and most recent preceding Rental References are available.

Ability to pay rent in-full on-time regularly at the same time of each month would be assured (must be MB Families E.I.A. - disability friendly)

*Property Owner would be obligated to complete Province of Manitoba 'Rental Information Form'

Co-signer/guarantor also available - if required by Property Owner

A private suite managed by a private property owner is preferred.

My rental maximum is $1000 per month (utilities included preferred but not necessary).

I Will consider a 'shared rental' - if own storage capacity needs in rental unit are met.
