About Us
Trustin Construction LTD provides professional flooring installation services for residential and commercial projects throughout Greater Vancouver. Our work includes tile, carpet, vinyl, linoleum, and entrance flooring systems. We are looking for an experienced Floor Covering Supervisor to coordinate and oversee our flooring installation crews.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of floor covering installers and helpers at construction sites;
- Assign tasks, organize work schedules, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines;
- Oversee surface preparation and installation of carpet, vinyl, linoleum, tile, and other floor coverings;
- Inspect installation work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met;
- Order flooring materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate their delivery and availability at construction sites;
- Train and guide workers on installation methods, proper use of tools, and safety procedures;
- Resolve installation issues and coordinate work with other trades and site supervisors;
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management;
- Assist with flooring installation when required.

Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in floor covering installation;
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and tools;
- Ability to supervise workers, assign tasks, and maintain quality standards;
- Ability to read measurements and understand installation specifications;
- Good command of English.
