THIS IS RESIDENTIAL DEEP CLEANING, NOT OFFICE CLEANING.
You will be cleaning homes and condos: full kitchens (inside ovens, fridges and cabinets), bathrooms top to bottom, baseboards, move out and move in cleans, and post construction dust. It is hands on, detailed work. If you are looking for light office or janitorial work, this is not the right fit.

THE WORK
Deep cleans, move in and move out, post construction and post renovation, and recurring residential clients. Homes, condos and townhouses from downtown Toronto out to Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Markham and Mississauga. Most jobs run three to six hours. Larger homes are two person crews.

WHAT A WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Part time, about 15 to 20 hours a week, more for reliable people. Most jobs start around 10 AM.

WHO DOES WELL HERE
You confirm a job the same day it is sent. You arrive ten minutes early, every time. You tell us the moment something changes. You take feedback without ego. You notice the things nobody checks: baseboards, window tracks, behind the toilet, the top shelf of a closet. You are comfortable sending photos of your finished work.

PAY
$21 to $24 per hour depending on experience and vehicle. Paid by us, not by the homeowner. Equipment and supplies provided. Someone from the team works with you on your first jobs. A car helps but is not required. No fees, ever.
