Job Description

A.G Perfumes & Cosmetics is looking for a motivated, friendly, confident, and energetic Cosmetic Counter Sales Associate to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous retail sales experience and enjoy helping customers find the right products.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Assist customers in selecting cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and beauty products.
* Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
* Maintain attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays.
* Restock shelves and monitor product inventory.
* Handle customer inquiries and assist with purchases.
* Work toward achieving daily sales goals.
* Support the team with general store operations.

Requirements

* Previous retail sales experience is required.
* Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or the beauty industry is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Friendly, confident, professional, and presentable personality.
* Good knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work weekends and flexible retail shifts.
