Position Overview:
We are looking for an attentive and hands-on Site Manager to oversee daily operation, coordinate maintenance, and serve as the face of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage routine maintenance, service requests, and vendor/contractor schedules.
• Communicate updates clearly with residents and the Board of Directors.
• Enforce condominium bylaws and safety guidelines.
• Inspect common areas regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain organized digital/physical records of repairs and logs.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in property, condo, or hospitality management.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical understanding of residential building mechanical systems.
• Reliability, discretion, and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer software (email, spreadsheets)
