Looking for a skilled, reliable Lead Maintenance Technician to handle residential property maintenance, repairs and renovations across Ottawa.

We work with property managers and multi-unit residential properties. We're looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems and take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- General property maintenance and residential repairs.
- Plumbing repairs, fixture replacements and troubleshooting.
- Drywall repairs, painting and finishing.
- Flooring, baseboards, vanities, doors and general carpentry.
- Assessing jobs, identifying materials and resolving issues.
- Recording labour hours, materials and completed work.
- Communicating professionally with property managers and tenants.
- Managing work orders and ensuring quality workmanship.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in property maintenance or residential renovations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good troubleshooting, organization and time-management skills.
- Reliable, professional and accountable.
- Own tools and reliable transportation preferred.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
