Responsibilities
• Dispatch drivers and assign loads efficiently.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates.
• Maintain dispatch records and transportation documents.
• Resolve scheduling delays and other operational issues.
Requirements
• Previous truck dispatching or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
