Work from home or anywhere. No cap on your earnings. We give you the leads, the preview, and the script — you close, you get paid bi-weekly.
We are Empire Inc, a Whitby, Ontario company that builds websites and arranges property services for homes and businesses. We are looking for experienced deal closers to sell our services on a commission-only basis, working remotely from home or anywhere.
Hiring is rolling — there is no closing date. We keep applications open and bring closers on in cohorts, because commission-only means we can grow the team as far as good closers keep coming. There is no limit on team size; the limit is quality, not headcount.
This is not a beginner role. We are hiring people who have already closed deals before and can prove it. If you have never closed a sale, this is not the right fit, and we would rather you not apply than waste your time.
What the role is:
- You call local and Canadian businesses, offer them a real website preview we have already built for them, and close on the call within our approved price ladder. No waiting on us for approval before you close.
- You sell websites first, and property services where the fit is right.
- You work remotely, on your own schedule, from your own phone and computer.
How you get paid:
- Commission only, total earnings UNCAPPED. No base salary, no hourly pay, no draw, and no ceiling on how much commission you can earn in total — close as many deals as you can, every deal pays.
- You are paid only after the client pays Empire in full and the money clears, then paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. If the client refunds within 30 days, the commission is clawed back from future pay.
- Under $300 sale: $50 flat. $300–$999: $50 plus 15% of the amount over $300. $1,000 : $155 plus 20% of the amount over $1,000, capped at $500 per deal. No cap on total earnings — stack as many deals as you close.
- Proven closers earn more: after 5 deals in a month your percentage rises 5 points, after 10 deals it rises 10 points.
- Care-plan attach: $30 flat, once. Monthly volume bonus: $100 at 5 closed deals, $300 total at 10 closed deals in the same month.
- What a big day looks like (example only, not a promise): four deals at $2,725 or more in a day pays 4 × $500 = $2,000, before any volume bonus. Big days are real, average days are smaller, and there is no total cap stopping a bigger one.
- You never collect payment. Clients pay Empire directly, always.
What you get from us:
- Qualified leads to work, a call script, a preview system that lets prospects see real work before they buy, and simple training that is easy to follow: a short playbook, a call flow, and examples, not a course. You learn it in one sitting and you are calling.
- A probation period: your first 10 trial leads, then your first 5 cleared closes. During probation your lead batches are capped and your calls get QA spot checks. Pass probation with zero bans and you graduate to full rolling lead flow and the accelerator rate.
- Trust from day one, once you pass the gate. We vet hard upfront, then we do not babysit you: no per-call approvals, no waiting on us before your next dial. You run your calls, we handle payment and fulfilment.
- A 10-lead trial. Perform in the trial and you keep getting leads. Do not perform and the trial ends — decided on the numbers, not on promises.
What you do NOT get:
- No build tools, no supplier lists, no cost information, no client list. You get the leads you are assigned, the script, and the preview link. That is the whole toolkit, by design.
What we require — all mandatory, no exceptions:
- Previous sales experience, with deals you have actually closed. This is required, not preferred.
- A resume, submitted with your application. We check it: roles, tenure, what you sold, results if stated. Claims are not taken at face value.
- Strong communication skills. You represent our company on the phone, so you must sound solid. Screening includes a 2-minute voice-note pitch AND a short live mock call before any lead is assigned. Fail either and no leads are assigned.
- Willingness to use our script and our approved price ladder exactly, with no invented prices, timelines, or claims.
