There are two things worth checking before you post. First, in BC the security deposit can’t be more than half a month’s rent ($1,300 here) under the Residential Tenancy Act, so you might list the amount outright to avoid questions. Second, posting your email publicly on Craigslist tends to attract spam and scam replies, so you may want to use Craigslist’s anonymized reply address and keep just your phone number in the ad.

If the unit is furnished, or if any utilities, hot water or internet are included, adding that would make the listing stronger.

Can you adjust to include hot water and also that there is in suite fiber. And remove my email, agree.
