I am the owner of 58 acres of land at 1625 Station Road in Londonderry, NS. I am contemplating selling upwards of 5 to 8 acres at the front of my property which has road access and a makeshift driveway in place already. I am as of yet unsure as to the actual # of acreage I’m going to sell or even if I will follow through with selling it, I’m just looking to see if there is any interest out there. I am looking for $90,000 and I am not looking to dicker. I know what I want cash wise so if I cannot get that I will not be selling. If you are serious and wish to look at the land and discuss options please call Tim at 902-317-0955. Thanks !
