Discs play perfectly and are clean. When first purchased, discs were stuck and had to be popped out with force to remove them from disc hubs. Despite doing this as carefully as possible, this caused cracks in the centre ring of some discs. This does not affect playback, nor will it cause any issues with your disc player. I used pliers to pinch the plastic hubs so the discs pop out easier. However, care should be taken when removing and replacing the discs with cracks (which are marked with arrows/some covered with tape) to prevent the cracks from worsening.

Also, when purchased, the front edge of one case was cracked and some of the plastic parts holding the trays together were broken.
