Seasonscape is a local, family-run snow removal company in Barrhaven, Ottawa. We clear residential driveways and we are building an on-call team of tractor operators for the 2026-27 winter season (November 1 to April 15), with shifts as needed during snowfalls: evening (5 p.m.–midnight), overnight (midnight–8 a.m.) or day (8 a.m.–5 p.m.).

THE JOB
• Operate a Kubota tractor with a rear-mounted snowblower, working in reverse on residential driveways
• Follow a set route on a phone app (addresses and notes: markers, gutters, steps, parked cars)
• Check the machine before each shift and report any problem right away
• Work starts when a snowfall reaches 5 cm, often at night, early morning and on weekends

PAY
• $35/hour

WHAT WE NEED
• Experience with a tractor or loader; rear-mounted snowblower experience is a big plus
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence
• Available for snowfalls during the shifts you choose, and able to reach Barrhaven quickly
• Careful around cars, gutters and landscaping
• French is a strong asset: our team works in French
• Two references

A short practical test before any decision. Reliability and care matter more to us than speed.
