Seeking a reliable and organized dispatcher to join our team! Positions available for day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and coordinate requests
Dispatch drivers and monitor their locations
Communicate with drivers and customers
Provide updates on ETAs and job progress
Keep dispatch records organized and up to date

Requirements:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi
Reliable, flexible, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team
Comfortable using computers and dispatch systems

Shift: Overnight or Daytime
Location: Mississauga, ON
