TRANSACTION PROCESS & SALE TERMS:
Title Clearance & Deposit Agreement: There is a remaining financing balance of approximately $6,200 with the lender. Once a firm deal is reached in person, a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and a signed Bill of Sale are required to reserve the van and initiate the official payout. Payout is handled transparently with the lender/bank to guarantee clean title release, after which the remaining balance is settled and ownership transferred at ServiceOntario. Notice to Buyer: If the buyer defaults or changes their mind after the lender payoff process has commenced, the $1,500 deposit is strictly retained by the seller as agreed liquidated damages for holding costs.
