I am a Commissioner of Oaths appointed under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act. I administer oaths and take affidavits, declarations and affirmations for use in New Brunswick.

Fee: $25 per document, with discounts for multiple documents at the same appointment. Payment by cash or e-transfer.

Common documents:
• Statutory declarations
• Affidavits (divorce filings, execution, lost documents, residency, support)
• Pension and RRSP withdrawal forms
• Consent letters for children travelling abroad
• Insurance documents
• Name-change and change-of-status declarations
• Immigration-related declarations and consent forms
• Signature witnessing

Scheduling: Very flexible, with evening and weekend appointments also available.

Mobile service: Normally i meet my clients at my residence but if it is more convenient I can travel anywhere in southeastern New Brunswick for an additional service fee.
