Looking for a little support this holiday season?

The holidays can bring up family pressures, relationship stress, grief, anxiety, and other difficult feelings. I’m Melissa, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m offering a free initial therapy session during November and December 2026.

I can offer support with grief, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction-related concerns, and relationship challenges. Sessions can be held in-person or online.

I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible. I practice under clinical supervision, and I can offer direct billing for some insurance plans and, for others, provide a receipt for reimbursement.
