Job Summary
We are a sportswear manufacturing company located in Scarborough, Ontario, and we are currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing high-quality embroidered garments and accessories.

Responsibilities
• Operate multi-head embroidery machines (Tajima).
• Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery.
• Thread, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on embroidery machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Assist with trimming, folding, and packaging embroidered products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications
• Previous experience operating embroidery machines is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.

Work Schedule
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Employment Type: Full-time
