CCB is currently seeking experienced Framers and labourers to join our team. Applicants should have a dedicated work ethic, ability to travel to work sites and a strong focus on maintaining a respectful, efficient work environment. Experienced Framers should have at least one year of framing experience.

CCB takes pride in delivering high-quality and efficient results in large-scale construction. Our work is primarily in Winnipeg, on a Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities
• Construct wood framing for walls, floors, and roofs
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Work safely with hand and power tools
• Follow site safety procedures and company standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
• Experience in residential or commercial framing
• Ability to read basic plans and layouts
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
