POSITIONS
• Food Prep: prepare ingredients, portion food, organize stations and support kitchen service.
• Cook: prepare orders consistently, follow recipes and food safety procedures, and keep the kitchen ready for busy service.
• Assistant Manager: support daily operations, coordinate the team and help maintain service, food safety and cleanliness standards.

AVAILABILITY
Our employee scheduling window is Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. We are closed on holidays. Reliable weekend availability is very important. Include your available days and hours and whether you prefer an earlier or later shift.

VERY IMPORTANT — CLEAN AS YOU GO
Clean and sanitize your workstation, utensils and equipment throughout your shift. Put ingredients away, remove waste promptly and leave each area ready for the next task. Cleaning is part of everyone's job, throughout the day.

We are looking for dependable, punctual team members who work well with others and can keep up during busy periods. Relevant kitchen experience is an asset; leadership experience is important for the Assistant Manager role.
