Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident Co-op Marketing Associates to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and business development. This role includes both fieldwork and digital marketing, with a focus on onboarding local businesses onto the Teustar platform.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach local businesses (restaurants, services, retail)
Conduct in-person meetings and pitch Teustar services
Generate leads and convert them into active partners
Support B2B and digital marketing initiatives
Build and maintain client relationships
Meet weekly targets and report progress
Requirements

Enrolled in a Business / Marketing / Management program (Co-op eligible)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in face-to-face business interactions
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic digital marketing knowledge (preferred)
Own transportation is an asset
