We are seeking a reliable and respectful live-in superintendent to maintain a very clean, well-managed, and safe residential building located in Hamilton.

This is a live-in position that includes free rent of a 1-bedroom apartment, parking, and utilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a high standard of living for our residents. Key duties include, but are not limited to: - Maintaining all interior and exterior areas, including the lower-level basement. - cleaning indoor common areas and exterior area.
Collecting rent on time from those who do not etransfer, depositing funds to the bank, and reporting late payments to management. -
Managing security cameras and maintaining logs. - Maintain garbage and recycling areas, safe, organized and clean.
Handling minor repairs. - Keeping hallway, entrance, and exterior lighting in proper working order. - Sealing and repairing animal entry points. -
Advertising available units, responding to inquiries, and showing apartments. - Preparing units for move-in/move-out and logging all damages. -
Monitoring that only assigned parking spots for apartment tenants are in parking spots and any unauthiruzed vechicles to be reported.


Communicating respectfully with management, tenants, potential tenants, and contractors. - Logging renter concerns and reporting immediately to management. - Purchasing small supplies and keeping all original receipts for accounting. - Maintaining repair logs, rent logs, and building records. - Conducting daily property checks and reporting issues to management. -
