Max Out Construction is hiring a general labourer/helper for residential and commercial renovation projects across Toronto and the GTA.

We have steady work lined up and we're looking for someone reliable who wants consistent hours and a real shot at a permanent spot. This starts as a trial — show up, work hard, and it turns into a regular position.

The work:
- Jobsite cleanup and material handling
- Demolition help (interiors — kitchens, bathrooms, basements)
- Material pickups and runs
- Assisting skilled trades on site
- Loading/unloading, site setup and teardown

Requirements:
- Your own transportation to jobsites across the GTA — this is a must
- Some construction or renovation experience preferred
- Physically fit — able to lift, carry, and be on your feet all day
- Punctual. Jobs start on time, every time
- Basic hand tools are an asset

Pay: Competitive — based on experience. Tell us your rate when you reply.

If you're actively looking and can start soon, reply with your answers to the screening questions below. Only applicants who answer will be considered.
