HIRING: TRUCKING SAFETY & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

LK Bros Transport Inc. is looking for an organized and dependable Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support trucking safety, driver compliance, and fleet documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor ELD logs, hours of service, and daily inspection reports.
• Maintain driver qualification files, equipment records, and document renewals.
• Track CVOR records, violations, and corrective actions.
• Assist with driver onboarding, safety training, and audit preparation.
• Handle IRP, IFTA, and oversize permit applications and renewals.
• Follow up on accidents, equipment defects, and outstanding safety issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and management to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous trucking safety and compliance experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian trucking regulations, CVOR, HOS, and ELD systems.
• Strong communication, computer, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow up consistently.
• Flatbed, step-deck, and oversize transportation experience is an asset.
