Job Location: Various client sites across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland, BC

- Competitive hourly wage: $39.00

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of painting/finishing experience, including supervisory or lead-hand duties
- High school diploma
- English sufficient for crew and client coordination

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate painters and helpers on residential and commercial exterior projects;
- Plan and schedule work, assign duties, and coordinate labour, materials and equipment;
- Oversee surface preparation, painting, staining, caulking and application of exterior coatings and finishes;
- Coordinate painting and finishing work with siding, soffit, trim and other exterior construction activities;
- Estimate labour and materials and arrange required supplies;
- Inspect work to ensure quality, specifications and schedules are met;
- Train workers and enforce site safety requirements;
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, clients and other trades;
- Provide hands-on painting and finishing support when required.
