# HIRING: FLAT PACKER – MORNING SHIFT

**Location:** Georgetown, ON
**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour
**Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Start Date:** As soon as possible
**Position:** PERMANENT

Requirements

- Minimum 6 MONTHS - 1 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- **Valid operator training/certification for a forklift, ride-on stacker, or electric walkie is mandatory**, depending on the equipment operated.
- Experience with packing, palletizing, or shipping is an asset.
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand English instructions.
- Pack and prepare office furniture for shipping.
- Inspect furniture for damage and defects.
- Arrange and secure furniture on skids or in boxes.
- Use shrink wrap, foam, cardboard, and protective corners to prevent damage.
- Label packed skids and move products to the shipping department.
- Use a pump truck and other material-handling equipment as required.
