Care & Shine Inc. is a locally owned residential cleaning company in Calgary, and we're looking for a kind, dependable, hardworking person to join our friendly and supportive team of women.

We have the pleasure of working in beautiful homes throughout Calgary, helping families enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces.

We're not just looking for someone to clean houses. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work, enjoys being part of a team, and would love to grow with our company.

What We Offer

- $25 per hour
- Paid hands-on training — no experience necessary!

Transportation Benefits After 3 Months:

We appreciate the commitment of our team members, and after successfully completing your first three months, we offer:

- Public Transit: Monthly Calgary Transit pass provided
- Own Vehicle: Monthly gas allowance for employees who drive to work

What You'll Be Doing

- General residential house cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Occasional deep cleaning and organizing
- Paying attention to the small details that make a home shine

You'll be working alongside a supportive team, and we'll help you learn our cleaning methods and standards.
