Responsibilities
• Exercise safe work practices and procedures.
• Operate hand, power, and air tools safely and effectively.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Safely and accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install materials (e.g., lumber, plywood, concrete, reinforcement)
• Interpret blueprints and shop drawings (asset, not required)
• Uphold KCW’s core values in all work performed.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Two years experience in carpentry required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset
Preferred:
• Red Seal Certification in Carpentry
• Experience with concrete formwork
• Valid certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS)

• Monday to Friday
