The claims cover the Empire showing (MINFILE 082KSW169), the Emerald Hill showing (082KSW045) and Hill 60 (082KSW168). Empire and Emerald Hill are recorded as past producers, but only on small hand-sorted shipments: 32 tonnes from Empire in 1960, and a few tonnes from Emerald Hill in 1907, 1953 and 1979. Hill 60 was channel-sampled and had three short holes drilled in 1984. The recorded veins are narrow, from about 20 cm up to 1.5 m wide. There is no resource and no NI 43-101 report. The seller has not GPS-located the old openings or the 1984 drill site and has not taken new samples.
Price and terms: $75,000 CAD for all four titles, 100%, outright sale, no royalty. The titles are not sold separately. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit (Square invoice) is due within 24 hours, and the balance goes by wire within 3 business days. The transfer is then made on Mineral Titles Online. The buyer pays government fees. The estimated cost to keep all four titles is about $4,567 a year (BC cash in lieu, years 1–2).
Mineral rights only. BC Free Miner Certificate needed. Any work needs permits and First Nations consultation.
Warning — This property is offered for mining purposes only and ownership of the title to it does not include ownership of the surface rights or the right to use the surface for residential or recreational purposes.
